Robocoast EDIH Consortium

Robocoast EDIH supports the manufacturing industry to use digital technology to promote sustainable growth and competitiveness (Industry 4.0). Robocoast EDIH offers one-stop accessto EDIH services and networks of European best digital experts, which helps SMEs to become more skilled, innovative, and competitive. Robocoast EDIH has local service nodes and expert resources in the nine regions of Finland, where almost 50% of Finnish manufacturing companies are located. Through EDIH services, Robocoast EDIH combines the needs of the manufacturing industry with the expertise of universities and technology companies. Robocoast EDIH services have been created based on actual needs and long-term cooperation with the manufacturing industry with great results. Robocoast has been Digital Innovation HUB since 2017. Robocoast EDIH has high-level expertise in Cybersecurity and know-how to support companies to apply new digital technologies (AI, Robotics, IoT, 5G and HPC) for developing processes, products, and services. Robocoast EDIH Consortium consists of 15 universities and several RDI laboratories and testbed environments, including over 9 000 digital technology specialists and over 800 Cybersecurity, Robotics, AI, and ICT companies. Based on professionalism, testing, and R&D resources of cybersecurity, The Finnish Information Security Cluster (FISC) strongly recommends the Robocoast EDIH. FISC is an organization established by major Finnish information security companies, and it has nearly 80 members. Robocoast EDIH will be one of the leading centers of cybersecurity in the Digital Europe Program.
