The joint application to degree programmes in English at Finnish higher education institutions attracted around 32 400 applicants. Most of the applicants applying to English-taught degree programmes are from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland, and as such they are required to pay tuition fees. From the beginning of the year, they are also required to pay an application fee of 100 euros to apply to Bachelor’s or Master’s level studies in Finland. SAMK will provide more detailed information about the application results later when all applications have been processed and the number of applicants who have paid the application fee is confirmed.
SAMK offered eight full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes: Mechanical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Mechatronics, Artificial Intelligence (Data Engineering), International Business, Nursing, Logistics, and International Tourism Management.
In addition, SAMK offered three Master’s degree programmes: Sustainable Business Management (on campus), Maritime Logistics Management (part-time/online), and Sustainable Business Management (part-time/online).
