SAMK Campus Rauma

Facilities and learning environments

Logistics and maritime technology, one of SAMK’s four faculties, are located in Rauma. The Rauma campus is an international learning center for maritime technology, international trade and logistics. The Rauma campus is home to the shared maritime simulators, which include both bridge and engine room simulators.

Rauma Maritime Training Center,launch a joint training unit of SAMK and WinNova, is also located in Rauma.

Services on campus

Student restaurant Fregatti is located on the campus. The SAMK Library serves not only staff and students, but also other visitors.

Research centers

Maritime Logistics Research Center, which works in the fields of shipping, logistics and security of supply also operates on the premises. Research center WANDER is a consortium of research and product development for water, materials and indoor hygiene.
