You can give us feedback to help us improve and develop. You can make a complaint if you notice a mistake in SAMK's operations. You can report if you suspect that a crime or misconduct has taken place in our company or any other activity that violates our company values.

Make a complaint

Are you unhappy with our performance and want a response? A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction expressed by a customer to SAMK about a product, process or service for which a response or solution is expected. The complaints procedure can be used, for example, in cases where we have acted in violation of our quality/management system.
